Camera resolution is the least interesting decision in a CCTV project. Placement, lighting, storage retention and analytics determine whether footage is actually usable when you need it.
For UAE villas we typically specify 4K IP cameras with genuine night vision at entry points and perimeter, an NVR with local storage plus cloud backup, and AI person and vehicle detection so you get meaningful alerts instead of every passing cat.
