Frequently Asked Questions
Is e-invoicing mandatory in the UAE?
Yes. The UAE is rolling out mandatory e-invoicing in phases under the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Businesses must issue, transmit and store invoices in the compliant PINT AE format through an accredited ASP. Otomation Max helps you prepare and comply ahead of each phase.
What is an ASP and why do I need one?
An Accredited Service Provider (ASP) is authorised to validate and transmit e-invoices to the FTA on your behalf. As a trusted E-Invoicing ASP Provider in the UAE, Otomation Max ensures every invoice is compliant, secure and delivered in real time.
How long does implementation take?
Most implementations go live within 2–6 weeks depending on your systems and transaction volume. We begin with a readiness assessment, then handle ASP onboarding, ERP integration, UAT and go-live support.
Which systems and ERPs do you support?
We are system-agnostic and integrate with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Zoho Books, Tally, Odoo, POS systems, Excel/CSV and custom software — with 100+ integrations in total.
Is my invoicing data secure?
Absolutely. All invoices are processed and stored as encrypted, audit-ready digital records in line with UAE data and compliance requirements, with full traceability.
What if my business does not have an ERP?
No problem. We offer lightweight accounting setups (Zoho Books, Tally, Odoo) and portal-based invoicing for businesses without an existing ERP, so you can comply without a major system overhaul.
